A man votes at two tables in Livingston Manor

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, voters in the Livingston Manor Central School District approved a budget of $18,791,973 for the 2022-23 school year by a vote of 227 to 68. 

The budget preserves all current programs for students, and includes $100,000 to continue annual interior and exterior improvement projects throughout the school.

“I appreciate the Livingston Manor community for continuing to support our district’s plan for our children’s education,” Superintendent John Evans said. 

In the school board race, James Buck was elected with 218 votes. Gordon LeRoy received 67 votes. Three write-in votes were also recorded.
