As part of the School Climate Transformation Grant, we are asking you to please take a few minutes to complete the survey at this link.
All responses are anonymous and no email addresses will be collected upon submission. The responses from the survey will help us plan and use grant funding in the best way to support the needs of our district. We will be doing this yearly throughout the remainder of the grant to gain insight on the programs we are implementing and the impact they are having on the climate of our school.
